1. How do I get started?

To get started, simply contact us to discuss your specific design needs. We will ask you some basic questions about your requirements, and then we will begin work on your design. That’s easy!

2. What is your turnaround time?

Timelines can vary depending on the service, project complexity, our current schedule, and client response times etc. Once we’ve discussed your specific needs, we will provide an estimated completion time. However, we typically complete projects within 1-2 weeks.

3. What is your revision policy?

Yes, we offer revisions on all of our work. Revisions include minor changes such as color adjustment, font change, and layout adjustment. But does not include a complete redesign or new concepts. We want to ensure our clients are delighted with the final product.

4. What file formats do you provide?

We deliver all our designs in high resolution like AI, EPS, PDF, PNG, and JPG formats. We also provide files in specific formats for printing or web use. If you need another format, just let us know!

5. Do you have a portfolio of your work?

Yes, we have a portfolio of our work available on our website. You can also view our portfolio on Behance 

6. Do you require a deposit or upfront payment?

Yes, most designers require a percentage of the payment upfront to secure their schedule and begin work. We require a 50% deposit upfront to start working on your project. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project!

7. Do you offer refunds if I'm not satisfied with the service?

We offer full refunds if the project is canceled before any work has begun. Once work has begun, we will continue to revise the design until you’re 100% satisfied. Due to the high quality of the work, there will be no refunds issued!
