Payment Policy
Accepted Payment Methods:
- Wise: You can pay with a card, PayPal, or create an account to make a payment. It’s very easy.
- Payoneer: Payments can be paid with a card or PayPal without creating an account, but having an account is a plus.
- Upwork Direct-Contracts: You can pay with a card or PayPal without creating an account.
Payment Policy:
- We require a 50% upfront payment to secure all of the projects.
- Once this payment has been received, we will begin working on the project and send you samples.
- Once the design has been finalized, the remaining 50% of the payment will be due before we send you all the final files.
- If you want to add extras or upgrade your package, a 50% initial payment will also be required.
- Even If you choose the monthly plan, you have to pay upfront every month as long as you’re subscribed.
Refund Policy:
- The initial 50% payment is non-refundable once concepts have been created or sent you the samples.
- Any refunds must be requested within 24 hours of the initial payment.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, you will not be eligible for a refund for any unused portion of your subscription.
Note: Due to the high quality of the work, there will be no refunds issued! if you are not satisfied with your design, we will work with you to make revisions until you are happy with the final product.
